Targeted Combination Therapy for Advanced Solid Tumors (Posted: 07/19/2005) - In this study, researchers are assessing the safety and combined effectiveness of bevacizumab and a second drug called sorafenib. Both bevacizumab and sorafenib inhibit the formation of blood vessels to tumors and may act synergistically when combined.
